A message for customers of Rainbow Balloons:

As we monitor and learn more about the spread of Coronavirus in our communities, we want to share with you what steps we are taking as a company to protect our customers and employees.

Rainbow Balloons remains open and we are here to service our customers. We have implemented safety protocols and other changes in order to follow the recommended guidelines of our Local and State officials, and to keep our staff as safe as possible. Access to our building from outside vendors and customers is restricted.  Any vendor who must enter the building is required to wear a mask and to socially distance. We have a no contact policy for pickup orders and anyone who places an order to be picked up at our location will receive specific instructions on this policy. We have also established other internal safety protocols that our employees must follow.

Please note that during this time we are not able to ship orders on the day that they are placed.

We understand the strain this unprecedented situation has caused and will continue to cause for many of you, and we are here to support you in any way we can. The safety and health of our customers and employees is of the utmost importance and we will be monitoring the Coronavirus situation and updating our policies as the need arises.
