A message for customers of Rainbow Balloons:

As we monitor and learn more about the spread of Coronavirus in our communities, we want to share with you what steps we are taking as a company to protect our customers and employees.

Rainbow Balloons will remain open this week and we will be here to service our customers. However, in order to follow the recommended guidelines of our Local and State officials, and to keep our staff as safe as possible, we will be significantly reducing our staffing levels down to a very limited number of employees for at least the next two weeks. Employees who can work remotely will do so. Access to our building from outside vendors will also be limited, and anyone who places an order to be picked up at our location will receive specific instruction on changes to our pickup policy. We have also conducted an internal review of our policies and prepared contingency plans for the future.

During this time with limited staff, we are not able to ship orders on the day that they are placed.

We understand the strain this unprecedented situation has caused and will continue to cause for many of you, and we are here to support you in any way we can.

The safety and health of our customers and employees is of the utmost importance and we will be monitoring the Coronavirus situation and updating our policies as the need arises. Please check back here for any changes to our policies, hours, or services.
