Rainbow Balloons is proud to host these creative Decorator classes for beginners with Jane Naggar, CBA of Pioneer Balloon Co. All classes are open to established balloon customers or QBN members.

Rainbow Balloons opens at 8:30am. RAINBOW IS OPEN UNTIL 1PM ON SATURDAYS BUT ALL ORDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 12:30 PM IN ORDER TO HAVE THE ORDER READY BY 1PM.

Q: Who is Jane Naggar, CBA?
A: An award-winning Decorator, Jane has been involved in the balloon decorating profession for over 20 years. Before her 7 years working with Pioneer Balloon Company as a New England Field Service Representative, Jane had her own successful balloon decorating business for 15 years.
